Staff webmail login (UPDATED)

For staff and volunteers of the Institute who have email accounts with us, ONLY:

After you click this link, you will get a box should pop up on your screen to enter your login info...

• In this example, replace "you" with your email name. For example, "info@nonviolenceinstitute.org".
• Enter your password.
• Once you are logged in, you'll get a choice of 3 different webmail programs. Try any and all of them.

Even if you have a desktop computer and you don't need to use webmail, you should still check it out. The webmail allows staff to share calendars, for example.

Sending email - if you have Cox cable/internet

If your computer gets its high-speed Internet through Cox Cable, you may have trouble sending emails. This affects everyone using Cox - whether your email account is with them (i.e. "joeuser@cox.net") or somewhere else ("info@nonviolenceinstitute.org" for example.)

In your mail program's settings:
change the outgoing mail server to: smtp.east.cox.net
this server does NOT require "authentication" or passwords, so turn those off.
