Our community makes such a difference in the work we do day to day.

Gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations help us to provide our clients and
the community with services that make a difference.

Nonviolence is a way of life,  all of our work trains and supports people in their commitment to that way of life.

We hope you'll consider a gift of support today.

Sister Ann Keefe Society

Sister Ann was a fierce advocate for social justice and assisting the least among us. She was an admirer and devotee of the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King.  Sister Ann was a legendary community activist and founder of more than 26 social service organizations in the Providence area, including the Institute.

We remember her every day and our work aims to keep her legacy alive and making a difference for every person.

We established the Sister Ann Keefe Society for Peace in her memory.  The Society recognizes supporters who make gifts of $1,000 or more to the Institute with a number of special events and opportunities.

You can learn more about the Sister Ann Keefe Society by emailing our Director of Development at kate@nonviolenceinstitute.org.
